LONG CHAIN OMEGA 3 FAT: The anti-inflammatory, long-chain omega 3 fat, DHA, is not found in vegan sources of food. Sources like flaxseed, chia seeds and walnuts provide the omega 3 fat ALA, and its conversion to DHA in our body is poor. Each capsule provides 74mg vegan DHA.
LEMON FLAVOURED: The capsules are lemon flavored to avoid the fishy aftertaste that is typical of vegan and vegetarian omega 3 capsules.
SAFE TO CONSUME: Third-party tested for heavy metals (like mercury) to ensure safety.
